Request for vulnerability assessment
Network Security provides vulnerability assessment services for a variety of computing resources. This process can help proactively identify security issues that need to be resolved. Due to the varying types of assessment that may be performed and the nuances of each individual system/network, this process will be customized to meet your needs and therefore requires individual contact with the Network Security Officer.

Online incident reporting form
This form is intended to be used by SIUC computing staff to report port scans, attempts at unauthorized access, phishing scams, or other information security incidents to the Network Security Team. The ideal use is for pasting firewall, intrusion detection system, and/or application logs showing the incident details that you wish to report. Please do not use this form to submit SPAM complaints. Items will be prioritized by the Network Security Team after submission.
