Reporting network Access Problems

Individuals experiencing difficulty in getting access to network secured services should contact the Computer Support Center at Information Technology. Contact can be made via the phone at 453-5155, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The Computer Support Center has access to the most recent information on problems, changes, or bugs as well as any fixes that are available to address these problems. Please remember the more information you can provide about the problem (computer platform, mail software, IP address/hostname, etc.) could help to decrease the resolution time.

If the problem should occur when the Computer Support Center is not open, then contact the Network Control Center at Information Technology at 453-6217. If the problem can not be resolved by the Network Control Center, it will be forwarded to the Computer Support Center. The information provided to the Network Control Center will be used by the customer representative for evaluating the problem, for contacting you about additional information and for confirming that the problem is resolved.

Walk-in assistance is available at the Computer Learning Center Help Desk located in Faner. The Help Desk Hours of Operation are variable.
