The free of charge support that we provide at the CSC and the Faner Computer Learning Center (CLC) Student Helpdesk will still be available.

Laptop and desktop services for University-owned computers will continue to be handled by the IT Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team.

Appointments can be made for either service by calling the CSC at 453-5155 M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm. Wait times can range from a few days to a few weeks depending time of year.

Did you know that the majority of issues that our customers complain about is due to spyware or malware? We recommend that you take a layered approach to protect yourself from such threats by using an up-to-date virus scanner, and a collection of spyware removal tools. There is no one software out there that will completely remove or protect you from all the possible threats and the use of a layered approach and good computing habits are the best means of defense.
